1. For a 45 degree elbow, the calculation formula for its bending radius is 45 degree elbow=tan22.5 degrees x bending radius. This indicates that the bending radius of a 45 degree elbow is related to the angle and trigonometric function. ‌

2. The bending radius of a 90 degree elbow is generally 1.5 times the diameter of the pipeline, which is a common recommended value, but can be adjusted appropriately based on factors such as the degree of bending of the pipeline and the thickness of the pipe wall. ‌

3. The curvature radius of the welded elbow can be determined according to the needs of the engineering drawing, which can be 1.5 times the diameter of the pipeline (long radius elbow) or 1 time (short radius elbow). ‌
