The production process of carbon steel pipe caps includes multiple steps:
Raw material preparation: Carbon steel is selected as the main material for the pipe cap.
Stamping forming: Processing carbon steel material into the basic shape of a pipe cap through stamping technology.
Heat treatment: The formed pipe cap needs to undergo heat treatment with a solution temperature of 1150 ℃± 20 ℃ and a holding time of about 1.5 hours to enhance its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
Cooling: After heat treatment, the pipe cap needs to be quenched in water and cooled to below 300 ℃ within 3-4 minutes.
Surface treatment: As needed, surface treatment such as galvanizing, painting, etc. is applied to the pipe cap to improve its appearance quality and corrosion resistance.
