The ASTM A182 F91 Weld Neck Ring Type Joint WN RTJ Alloy Steel Flange is a core connecting component for high-pressure and high-temperature working conditions, consisting of a long neck butt welding structure and a metal ring sealing surface. WN (Welding Neck): A long neck conical structure with an equal diameter to the pipeline at the end, fully penetrated butt welding, uniform stress transmission, and reduced risk of weld cracking, suitable for high pressure/high temperature/vibration scenarios.
RTJ (Ring Connection Surface): The sealing surface is processed with precision annular grooves, matched with metal ring gaskets (R/RX/BX type), forming a metal to metal seal. The sealing performance under high pressure far exceeds that of RF/FF surfaces.
