Weldolet, also known as butt welded branch pipe seat, saddle seat, saddle shaped pipe joint. Mainly used for reinforcing pipe fittings for branch connections, replacing the use of branch connection types such as reducing tees, reinforcing plates, and reinforced pipe sections. It has outstanding advantages such as safety and reliability, cost reduction, simple construction, improved medium flow channels, series standardization, and convenient design selection, especially in high-pressure, high-temperature, large-diameter, and thick walled pipelines, replacing traditional branch pipe connection methods.

The main body of the weldolet is made of high-quality forgings, using the same materials as the pipeline, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc. Both the branch pipe seat and the main pipe are welded, and there are three types of connections with branch pipes or other pipes (such as short pipes, plugs, etc.), instruments, and valves: butt welding connection, socket welding connection, and threaded connection.
