Core materials and performance
Using low-alloy high-strength steels such as 15CrMoG, 12Cr1MoVG, and ASTM A234 WP11/WP91, the addition of alloying elements such as chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium significantly improves high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and low-temperature impact toughness. For example, 12Cr1MoVG maintains stable mechanical properties at high temperatures of 550 ℃ and has an impact energy of ≥ 34J at low temperatures (-40 ℃), making it suitable for extreme environments.
Applicable working conditions and scenarios
Specially designed for high temperature, high pressure, strong load, and low temperature impact conditions, with a pressure rating of PN10.0MPa or higher and a working temperature range of -40 ℃ to 700 ℃. Its core applications include high temperature and high pressure steam pipelines and boiler systems in the power industry; Petrochemical hydrocracking and delayed coking units; Natural gas long-distance pipelines; Outdoor gas pipelines in cold regions, etc.
Key advantages and precautions
Advantages: Excellent creep resistance and fatigue resistance, able to withstand dynamic loads and frequent temperature fluctuations, high structural strength, and strong safety. Attention: The processing difficulty is higher than that of carbon steel and stainless steel, and special welding processes (such as argon arc welding, preheating and insulation) need to be used. Non destructive testing (UT/RT) must be strictly followed; When purchasing, it is necessary to specify the material grade and implementation standards (such as GB/T12459, ASME B16.9).
