The production process of schedule 80 tee mainly includes stamping, forging, rolling, bulging, welding, etc. ‌

1:Stamping forming: including three methods: filler extrusion forming, hydraulic bulging forming, and hot pressing forming. Filler extrusion forming is achieved by extruding a straight tube blank filled with filler material inside. Hydraulic extrusion forming uses a hydraulic press to place the tube blank into the mold cavity, and expands the required shape and size of the branch pipe through the injection of liquid and pressure. Hot pressing forming is achieved by heating and pressing the tube blank into a schedule 80 tee.

2:Forging method: including rotary, connecting rod, and roller forging machines to punch and stretch the end or part of the pipe to reduce the outer diameter, suitable for connecting pipes of different diameters.

3:Rolling method: No need for a core shaft, suitable for processing the inner circular edge of thick walled pipes, achieved through roller pushing.

4:Bulging method: There are mainly two methods, one is to place rubber inside the tube for compression forming, and the other is hydraulic bulging forming, which involves filling the middle of the tube with liquid and using pressure to bulge the tube into the desired shape.

5:Welding method: By using molds and welding techniques, the pipe is extruded into a tee shape and welded, suitable for large-scale production.

 

These methods each have their own characteristics, and the choice of method depends on schedule 80 tee specific production needs, material types, and cost considerations. Each method has its own applicable scenarios and advantages, so in actual production, it is very important to choose the most suitable process according to the specific situation
