What is the maximum size range for your butt-welded carbon steel elbows?
We produce seamless elbows from 1/2" up to 24" OD, and welded elbows from 24" up to 80" OD, with wall thickness from 2mm to 60mm (SCH10–XXS). For sizes outside this range, please contact us to confirm feasibility.
Which steel grades and standards do you support?
Elbows are produced to ASME B16.9 in ASTM A234 WPB (standard carbon steel) and alloy grades WP11, WP12, WP22 and WP91 for higher-temperature service, in carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy steel.
What surface treatments are available, and which is best for buried or coastal pipelines?
We offer bare, painted, hot-dip galvanized, FBE coating and 3LPE coating. FBE and 3LPE are generally specified for buried or corrosive-environment pipelines; hot-dip galvanized suits general outdoor exposure. Final selection should match your project's corrosion specification.
