Tianjin Baode Steel Co., Ltd was established in 2006 (formerly Cangzhou Junde Steel Pipe Co., Ltd, renamed in 2019). Its pipe fitting production is carried out by Hongcheng Pipe Industry Co., Ltd, founded in 1992, covering 100,000 square meters with 520 employees, including engineers and around 150 technical staff. Annual pipe fitting output exceeds 20,000 tons, with pipe material throughput of over 50,000 tons. The factory runs 420 sets of key equipment - including elbow pushing machines, presses, large heat treatment furnaces, beveling machines, sawing machines, three-way extruders and a 10,000-ton hydraulic press - and produces in materials including SA106B, 20G, Q345, 12Cr1MoVG, 15CrMoG, 1Cr5Mo, 1Cr9Mo, 10CrMo910, A335 P5/P9/P11/P12/P22/P91/P92, WB36 and various austenitic stainless steels. Products are exported to Southeast Asia, Central Asia, North Africa and South America. |
