Impurity control: Phosphorus and sulfur are both ≤ 0.025% to reduce the risk of low-temperature cracking.

Strength: Tensile strength ≥ 415MPa, yield strength ≥ 240MPa.
Resilience: -45 ℃ impact energy ≥ 18J (some require ≥ 27J).
Elongation rate: ≥ 22% -30%, ensuring plastic deformation capability
3. Manufacturing process
Heat treatment: Normalization temperature of 900 ℃ -940 ℃, water quenching or air cooling.
Forming process: using forging, cold extrusion or hot expansion methods to ensure structural uniformity
4. Application scenarios
Typical applications: liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage and transportation, liquid nitrogen/oxygen transport pipelines, low-temperature reactors.
Supporting fittings: including elbows, tees, flanges, etc., requiring matching welding processes
5. Standards and specifications
Execution standard: ASTM A333/ASME SA333, covering an outer diameter of 21.3mm-762mm and a wall thickness of 2.0mm-140mm.
