Loose flange plate is suitable for connecting non-ferrous metals such as steel and aluminum, as well as stainless acid resistant steel containers and corrosion-resistant pipelines. Its nominal pressure PN is 1.6MPa.
Loose flange plates can be divided into three forms: flat welded steel ring loose flange, plate flange loose flange, and butt welded ring loose flange.
Loose flange plates are used to attach flanges to pipe ends using flanges, steel rings, etc., allowing the flanges to move freely on the pipe ends. The steel ring or flange is the sealing surface, while the function of the flange is to press them tightly. It can be seen that due to being blocked by steel rings or flanges, the loose flange does not come into contact with the medium.
